In Loving Memory of David Stafford

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of David Stafford, who faithfully served as the Manager of Center Grove Winchester Springs Utility District for 40 years.
David dedicated four decades of his life to serving this community and the customers of Center Grove Winchester Springs Utility District. His years of commitment, leadership, and service have left a lasting impact, and he will be deeply missed by his coworkers, customers, friends, and the many people whose lives he touched throughout the years.
In honor of David and to allow our staff to attend his funeral services, the Center Grove Winchester Springs Utility District office will be closed Monday, September 28th, from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
We appreciate your understanding and ask that you keep David’s family, friends, coworkers, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
